The technicians arrived right on time, explained the entire process, and treated my home with care and respect. You could immediately feel the difference in air quality once they were done — cleaner, fresher, and noticeably more comfortable. They even showed before-and-after photos of the ducts, which were shocking in the best way! Highly recommend Dusty's to anyone looking for honest, reliable, and top-quality duct cleaning. You can tell they truly care about their customers and take pride in their work. I won’t use anyone else!

I have very bad allergies and have had duct cleaning before. But not like this. The paint they use it was makes the huge difference! The whole process was very easy and smooth. They show up fully prepared, organized and everyone had a role to play. They had everything to keep the job, clean and efficient. I was honestly a little scared with having carpet on my second floor. Not one drop of paint was found or missed. It was really refreshing to see them spray the paint, double check if the spray gun had made 100% covered the ductwork inside. Then take pictures to go back and paint more… they don’t rush it but are super fast. On top of that, they help clean my AC door and surrounding areas. Wasn’t up sold. Process wasn’t dragged out, took 1.5-2 hours. 10 out of 10.

I highly recommend this company! Matt was super nice and very knowledgable and I felt the pricing was very fair. The guys did a great job on the spray installation and they were also very neat and cleaned up the little mess they made. Matt went above and beyond to help find the right person to fix a dry vent issue as well. Great company, highly recommend!
