Nexus is a great community and feels like home. In 2024, we toured with Briana for our first apartment. After about a week we decided to move forward with the application process which was very quick and easy. Fast forward to mid 2025, we are coming up on the end of our lease here and decided to upgrade so we can stay with Nexus. Any type of maintenance issues are tackled within a day or two if not urgent. Staff is always very responsive when asking questions, or having other issues with the community itself. Plenty of monthly events to attend with free food, alcohol, etc. Briana is awesome and is one of the many reasons we chose to stay with Nexus.
